Carry out Conceptual studies / Basic design and provide technical support during detailed design phase of the projects for any project related to process plants such as oil & gas production, debottlenecking/capacity enhancement, specialty chemicals, stabilised products, pipeline, utilities, water treatment etc. Requires the use of advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories, principles and practices of the field and related disciplines. Includes supporting the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up of PAS systems and will report to the MAC Field Execution Lead.   The individual will have the following key accountabilities and responsibilities.   - Implementation of all HSE requirement for the MAC System Completions team. - Plan and execute the Process Automation System pre-SAT readiness review activities, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), SAT check sheet / punch list close out and client commissioning support. - Responsible for meeting progress targets and schedule compliance in assigned area - Filling in for other MAC Field Team Lead Networks / MAC Field Team Leads / MAC Field Execution Leads during periods of absence or handover/ crew change. - Ensuring standards are maintained and the integrity of the documentation, data and software are maintained, including the clients cyber security directive (CIRS). - Responsible ultimately for technical validation and completeness of any document redlines (basis for as-building) for the assigned area. - Co-ordination and assignment of work-related tasks to team engineers, to action and progress work items according to project schedules. - Preparation of written reports and submission to MAC Field Execution Lead. - Maintain effective communication and reporting to the MAC Field Execution Lead to ensure meeting of project requirements and schedule. - Ensure MAC Systems Completions procedures and processes are followed in alignment with project specifications, procedures and management of change. - Demonstration of leadership, under the direction of the MAC Field Execution Lead, delivering on schedule project scope for systems and sub-systems. - Completion of subsystem check sheets and punch lists, within the client’s completions system.    The individual will have the following key experience.   - Experience with network security – Firewalls, ACL, IDS, IPS & SIEM - Experience in LAN / WAN architecture and related diagnostic tools and wireless networking principles and protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, DMZ, firewalls, switches, routers. - Experience with anti-virus systems, backup & restore functions, system management. - Experience with virtualization such as VMWare. - Maintain cyber security on PAS systems and related certifications. - Experience and knowledgeable of industry security standards such as IEC=62443, ISO 27000 etc. - Work with Client’s PCN Cyber Security Group to maintain and monitor the PAS system security measures as well as providing cyber security plans and documentation. - Lead the planning and execution for the set-up and SAT testing of network infrastructures for PAS systems at remote RIEs and Field Office Operational Buildings. - Critical thinking skills and problem-solving aptitude - Lead implementation, testing, troubleshoot and maintenance of complex firewall configurations and cyber security policies for PAS systems. - Proactively lead the identification and resolution of network and cyber security issues with PAS systems before they become critical. - Technical focal point for supervisory and technical queries related to system configuration and network. - Develop conceptual sketches / drawings as necessary to determine the most simple, efficient approach to solving network engineering issues and shortcomings. - Establish and / or update processes to ensure the latest revisions of network and PAS system documentation are utilized by Engineers for the set-up and testing of PAS systems and are Red Lined Marked-up (RLMU) to reflect all design changes. - Demonstrated experience with ethernet, VPN, wireless, TCP/IP
